- Visa Application Centre Heads stay in constant contact with the designated officer of the mission through regular meetings and submission of reports.
- Nominated staff of the Mission will have complete access to the Visa Application Centre at all times. Unannounced inspections of functions related to processing of visa applications, infrastructure, facilities, and security are also welcome.
- The entire staff of the Visa Application Centre can be appointed after the Mission’s approval, if required.
- BLS International keeps an IT uptime in excess of 99.9% and obtains feedback on all interactions within the Visa Application Centre.

- CCTV cameras in all centers with remote monitoring channel provided to the concerned Mission and Corporate Office.

Electronic security:
- All transactional data including details of applicants, interview appointments, fee collections to be stored on a web server hosted in a secure data center.
- No transactional information to be stored on the workstations.
- All data transmission between the web servers and VAC workstations to be encrypted with 128bit SSL.
- All equipment to be under warranties and maintenance and support agreements with OEMs to eliminate any operational downtime
- No local storage, USB drives, CD/DVD permitted on workstations.
- All workstations have Firewall and antivirus software.
