Expo 2020 Dubai will advance the connections between three critical subthemes that are fundamentally shaping our world: ensuring Opportunity for people and communities, furthering the promise of physical and virtual Mobility, and ensuring a future of Sustainability for all.
We aim to create and deliver an inclusive and global Expo with over 200 participants, including nations, multilateral organisations, businesses and educational institutions.

Expo 2020 will take place for six months from 1 October 2021 to 31 March 2022. It will be open seven days a week, from 10:00 to 00:00 on Saturday to Wednesday, and 10:00 to 02:00 on Thursday and Friday.

Ski Dubai (Snow Park) is an indoor ski resort with 22,500 square meters of indoor ski area. The park maintains a temperature of -1 degree to 2 degrees Celsius throughout the year. The Wild Wadi Water Park is an outdoor water park in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Situated in the area of Jumeirah, next to the Burj Al Arab and the Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Wild Wadi has a heated/cooled wave pool, multiple water slides and two artificial surfing machines. The park once had the largest water slide outside of North America, but it has since been removed to make space for two other rides. Another feature of the park is an 18 m (59 ft) waterfall that goes off every ten minutes. The water park also has two gift shops, three restaurants and two snack stands.

Where is Expo 2020 Dubai and what methods of transport can I take to get there?
Measuring 4.38 sqkm, the Expo 2020 site is located in the Dubai South district. It is close to Al Maktoum International Airport and within easy reach of Dubai International Airport, Abu Dhabi International Airport and Dubai and Abu Dhabi Cruise Terminals. The site also has its own Metro station, capable of transporting 22,000 passengers per hour in each direction.

What tickets are available?
Whether you want to spend a day or Multi-Day at Expo 2020, we have two main ticket types to choose from: Multi-Day Pass and 1-Day Ticket that adults ages 18 to 59 can purchase.
Free tickets for the entire duration of Expo are available for kids and youth under 18, tertiary and higher education students, seniors 60 years and above, and people of determination (+1 companion at half price).
All visitors, including those who are eligible for free tickets, must obtain a ticket to enter Expo 2020.
Do I have to print my e-ticket(s) or can I have it on my phone?
You can print your ticket or simply have it on your phone, both will be accepted at entry gate.
Do I need to show identification to enter the Expo 2020 Dubai site?
Its advisable that all visitors have proof of identification and eligibility with them at all times.
Expo 2020 has the right to refuse admission to visitors who are unable to present valid identification.

What is a person of determination ticket?
Under the National Policy for Empowering People with Special Needs, people with special needs or disabilities will be referred to as ‘people of determination’ or a ‘person of determination’.
Tickets for the entire duration of Expo 2020 are free of charge for people of determination and a 50% discount is given for one companion. The companion must enter the site with the person of determination for their ticket to be considered valid.
The person of determination ticket is part of the Dubai government’s commitment to empower people of determination.
All visitors, including people of determination, must obtain a ticket to enter Expo 2020.
If I leave Expo, can I re-enter on the same day?
Site re-entries on the same day are valid on all tickets - you can go in and out as often as you like.
What is Expo 2020's refund policy?
Expo 2020 Dubai has a strict no refunds policy, and all ticket types are non-transferable after first use.
After a successful booking, the customer receives an email confirmation voucher within 2 business hours.
In the event that the customer's preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate timetable will be created, and a new confirmation voucher will be given via email.
Alternatively, the consumer may cancel their reservation prior to confirmation and receive a full refund.
Tickets for the Dubai Expo 2020 are non-refundable under any circumstances after they have been issued.
If you cancel one day before your trip, you will be charged 100 percent of the Tickets cost as cancellation fees.
If you cancel between 0 and 1 days before your trip, you will be charged 100 percent of the total Tickets cost as cancellation fees.
