Positions Name: Supervisor
Experience: 2 - 4 yrs
Qualification: Graduate

Salary: Upto 4 Lacs per annum

  • Is the first escalation level in Chain of Command and the first communication partner between the management & staff
  • Managing day-to-day operations at the application center, including flow of applications
  • Ability to lead a team, manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Preparation of financial reports EOD & ensure reports’ availability to Management at centre / country level as well as in New Delhi
  • Escalation management & real time resolution delivery
  • Up skill, cross skill staff to handle center responsibilities efficiently & effectively
  • Maintaining interpersonal relationships with internal &external customers (Travel agents, CGI staff, direct applicants)
  • Coach & develop front line agents for skills required to deliver excellent services at all times
  • Manage daily volumes, takes steps to handle extra volumes efficiently & effectively
  • Execution of management strategy for the application center
  • Drive performance to set standards/SLAs, have the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Take corrective/preventive action for defects reduction
  • Maintain company and product confidentiality
  • Reconciliation of cash and passport EOD
  • Random Check of application accepted (10% of total application accepted on a day)
  • EOD collect all VAS receipts to branch in-charge and tally with the BLS Application
  • Collect VOC from the suggestion box EOD
  • Sign in & out daily (along with the time) in the attendance register (will be with the guard)
