Positions Name: Operations Manager
Experience: 5 - 10 yrs
Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate

Salary: Upto 7 Lacs per annum

  • Developing, coordinating and implementing first-class application processing services
  • Become the driver for exceeding client expectations, driving “Customer Delight”
  • Optimizing production efficiency to deliver optimum output, achieve more with less
  • Lead achievement of all client led Service Level Agreements / performance standards
  • Lead, develop, motivate, coach and manage team of Supervisor/s and Frontline Advisors
  • Able to form winning relationships, maintain cordial environment within the centre
  • Oversee end to end operations on daily basis, front office / back office, call centre operations, security arrangements, etc
  • Implement all internal & customer facing procedures, staffing, roster, security, flow of applications, courier delivery & collection, etc
  • Implement all Data & Information Security and privacy guidelines within the centre
  • Well trained in & having exposure to statistical and analytical data analysis
  • Possess strong communication skills, in English & regional language, to ensure clarity within team and while communicating with all internal & external customers
  • Awareness on ISO standards for Information Security & service standards
  • Act as driver for business change, identify gaps, recommend & implement proactive and / or corrective actions to close the gaps
  • Be able to identify proactively business growth & expansion opportunities
  • Responsibilities may change as the business grows and so therefore any candidate will need to be able to adapt to the changing needs of the business
