BLS aims to provide an efficient service to our customers. If you have complaints, feedback or suggestions; we would like to know about it as soon as possible. We shall acknowledge promptly and ensure a comprehensive and timely redress of your voice to the best of our ability.
Every India Visa Application Centre operated by BLS International maintains a Complaint Register for the benefit of applicants. The Supervisor of the Centre shall provide access to the register on demand.
In all cases, please provide the following details
We will take your complaints / suggestions and feedback seriously and response to you within 2 working days. If we are unable to give you a complete reply within the stipulated timeframe then we will keep you posted on the tentative date, time of revert and status of progress.
Please note that we are unable to accept emails with a total file size larger than 3MB. Under current arrangements, no notification will be generated for emails exceeding 3MB which are not successfully received. If you need to send large emails, please consider sending these as several, smaller documents, and another email informing the relevant area that the emails have been sent.
