• Directive 2004/38/EC – Family members of EU citizens
• Family reunification
• Higher education students, including Erasmus (applications leading to an academic degree: Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, Postdoc)

Walk-in every day in the afternoon, from 1pm to 3pm, without appointment (except Thursday in BLS Rabat):

• Receipt of Appeals from the applicants (Note: Appeals are not accepted by email or by post and can be submitted at any of the BLS Centers).
