6. Invitation letter issued by Korean Company

8. Spouse's Passport Copy,(if any) Visa & Alien Registration Card copy

9. Family relations certificate (i.e marriage Certificate, birth certificate)

10. Employment certificate / Bonafide certificate

11. Financial documents (2 Yrs' income tax return & Last 6 month's bank statement)

12. TB Certificate (Pregnant Women and age below 5 will be exempted)
