    Ans. Yes. All the required documents can be send to BLS INTERNATIONAL VISA SERVICES - POLAND office address by courier or Poczta Polska.

  • Q5. Where can I find a bank account number for transfer of visa fee and service charges?

  • Q6. Can someone else submit all the required documents on behalf of the applicant at BLS INTERNATIONAL VISA SERVICES - POLAND office?

    Ans. Yes. All the documents can be submitted by an authorised person on behalf of the applicant.

  • Q7. Can I collect my passport with visa by courier or private person?

    Ans. Yes. Passport with visa can be collected at BLS office by courier or private person. The moment an applicant has information that visa with passport is ready to pick it up, he/she should contact a courier company to have the passport collected. The applicant will be responsible for payment of courier services. BLS Poland will not be responsible for arranging courier services and payment of courier services. The applicant MUST also send an authorisation to BLS company via email at upowaznieniabls@gmail.com (please mention name/s, passport number/s of the applicant/s as well as name of a courier company or private person's name and id number). The courier must know the applicant's name as well as the address to which the document should be delivered.

  • Q8. Can I extend or change my visa while staying in India?

    Ans. Please contact FRRO (Foreigner Regional Registration Office) department located in the city where you are staying. If it is possible, FRRO department will provide you details about the procedure and a list of required documents.
