Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end passport and visa application procedures in compliance with mission and company standards.
  • Provide clear, courteous, and accurate guidance to applicants on documentation and process requirements.
  • Perform data entry and verification with 100% accuracy.
  • Handle cash transactions and prepare accurate daily reconciliation reports.
  • Maintain current knowledge of visa regulations, center procedures, and embassy guidelines.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in work location and shift schedules as operationally required.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards on security, confidentiality, and customer service quality.

Other Requirements

  • Valid UAE Residence Visa (sponsored by spouse, parents, or freelance).
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, front-office, or administrative operations (preferably in service industries).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Typing speed: Minimum 40-45 words per minute with 100% accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.
