Since our humble start in 2005, we have advanced into one of the world’s leading brands in Government to Citizen Services, specializing in visa, passport and consular outsourcing. Within the span of a little over a decade, we have grown to service thirty-six client governments in 62 countries of operation through 2325 global centres and have processed 47 million applications cumulatively. BLS International is now considered a game changer, acknowledged for providing the highest quality service and setting new benchmarks in this domain.
Rather than resting on our laurels, we have successfully expanded our scope and operations to cater to digital citizen and front-end services required by state governments. It is a matter of great pride for us that our people, working together in interdisciplinary teams, proactively aim at customer delight by providing quality services that protect our clients’ privacy and interests.
We are perceived as a trusted partner by most European Governments. This fact is amply demonstrated by the fact that we had been decreed by the Spanish Government in December 2016 to set up and operate Visa Application Centres on their behalf in 55 countries.
We firmly believe that innovation is the way forward; we have recently launched Mobile Biometrics to considerably ease the visa process.
The future looks promising. Using our current achievements as the springboard, we have plans underway for catalysing further expansion and growth.
