Guidelines for ICAO Compliant Photograph

Important Information

Effective 17th October 2025, all passport photographs must comply with ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) standards.

All BLS Centres are fully equipped to capture photographs as per these standards, with trained staff available to assist applicants. Applicants are requested to report to the BLS Center in dark-coloured attire.

Effective 17th October 2025, all passport applications will now be accepted only through the new online portal. Applicants can visit any BLS Centre in Kuwait for assistance with form filling and photograph services from our trained staff.
