The operating time of our offices are as per following schedule.

- In continuation of series of people-friendly initiative of the Government of India for smooth and faster delivery of services, Ministry of External Affairs has made the changes in Global Passport Seva Project (GPSP) to enable acceptance of application for US Global Entry Programme(GEP) from Indian citizens with effect from 1 October, 2019.
- Application fee of KD 8/- has to be paid by the applicant for this service excluding the service fee of Outsource Service Provider and ICWF charges
- The filled up GEP application through GPSP portal may be submitted at the BLS centers in Sharq, Jaleeb and Fahaheel.

Tatkal Passport Service is available in Embassy of India, Kuwait Outsourcing center for CPV services from 0800 hrs to 1000 hrs only.
Requirement:
- Printout of duly filled in online application form
- Latest Photo (51mmx51mm)
- Tatkal Fees
- Valid Civil ID/Residency
- Three identity proof like Aadhar, Voter Card, Pan, Driving license etc.
ADVISORY
- Applicants are advised to fill the passport application form correctly i.e complete address in India, name of local Police Station and Indian mobile number to facilitate expeditious verification by the concerned authorities in India.
- The process of verification may take over a month.
- Applicants are advised to apply sufficiently in advance before expiry of residency/intended date of travel.
Feed back forms: Feed back forms are placed in three centres of BLS in Sharq, Fahaheel and Jleeb(Abbasiya) and Consular Hall in Embassy.

Latest photo of applicant need to be submitted along with passport application. The photograph should be in colour and of the size of 2 inch x 2 inch (51 mm x 51 mm) and the digital size of file should not exceed 100 KB each and must not be less than 20 KB. Minimum resolution of the file should be 350 pixels (Width) X 350 pixels (Height) and maximum 1000 pixels (Width) X 1000 pixels (Height). Bit Depth of image file should be 24 bit and DPI range should be between 200 and 300. The photo‐prints should be clear and with a continuous‐tone quality. It should have full face, front view, eyes open. Photo should present full head from top of hair to bottom of chin. Center head within frame. The background should be a plain white or off‐white. There should not be any distracting shadows on the face or on the background. Head coverings are not permitted except for religious reasons, but the facial features from bottom of chin to top of forehead and both edges of the face must be clearly shown. The expression on the face should look natural.

Beware of Fraudulent calls
- It has been brought to the attention of Embassy of India in Kuwait that some unscrupulous individuals are calling Indian nationals, posing as Embassy officials, with a view to extract money. These individuals may at times provide certain personal particulars to make their claims sound convincing.
- All Indian nationals in Kuwait are hereby informed that the Embassy never requests for any such payments/money transfers, nor for your bank details, nor for money transfers through telephone calls or through unauthorized means, nor will ask for your banking credentials/credit card details etc.
- Established processes and procedures are in place in respect of various services provided by the Embassy, which are clearly laid out on the Embassy's official website (http://www.indembkwt.gov.in).
- All concerned are therefore requested to exercise utmost caution and not to fall prey to any fraudulent attempts. They may report such calls, if any, to Embassy of India at hoc.kuwait@mea.gov.in.
Optional services at BLS centres : Photocopying, filling of online application forms, photograph services are Optional services provided at BLS centers in Sharq, Fahaheel and Jleeb(Abbasiya).
Ensure Extreme caution before submitting online passport application and signing printout of online passport application whether filled by yourself, filled from outside or at BLS centres.
Please verify the details, because once application is submitted online, no correction may be done in it. It will require filling of another application form which will cost additional fee either from outside or from BLS centre.
Therefore, you must be careful in filling up the Application Form and submit the form without mistakes. The applicant shall be held responsible for any mistake in the application form submitted.
